Diamond Blue Catering is a catering company in Melbourne that was established in 2006, so in that respect is a fairly new caterer to the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Founded by chef Todd Graham (pictured left) the business goal is to bring a more professional style of catering to the area and surrounds, with prices still being at an affordable level. Todd is a qualified chef and has worked in the restaurant and hotel industry as a chef for approximately 18 years.
